Seller Agreement
1. This Agreement applies to all sellers who open a store on this platform.
2. Sellers warrant that the qualification information submitted is true and valid. The platform reserves the right to close any store found to have provided false information.
3. The platform charges a technical service fee (commission) based on the transaction amount of each order. The applicable rate is subject to the onboarding review result.
4. Sellers must comply with the platform's product listing guidelines and must not sell prohibited items.
5. Settled payments will be credited to the seller's balance after the buyer confirms receipt of the order, and may be withdrawn upon request.
6. The platform reserves the right to delist products, freeze balances, and terminate cooperation with sellers who violate the rules.
